• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Local (Hong Kong):

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International:

• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination
• Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or weather conditions

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

7. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at the post office, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
